Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.

So much to see, so little time... We don't charge a $50 cleaning fee like many other rental locations. However to help cover the cleaning costs guests staying only one night will be subject to a $20 cleaning fee. 

We love pets! We welcome friendly dogs that are house trained and play nicely with other animals as we have a friendly dog Waldo that runs security.  

Eureka Springs is a very save town but just in case, we have a surveillance camera system that will keep an eye on the parking area, shop living room while you rest. The door to your room has a key and you will be given an access code to the lock on the front door.
